As a Founding Product Manager at OrbitronAI, you will play a critical role in shaping how our agentic AI solutions deliver measurable impact to enterprise clients. You will work at the intersection of business strategy and product delivery-translating customer needs into agentic workflows, and collaborating with product, engineering, and sales to build agentic solutions across verticals.

What You Bring

•5+ years of experience in business analysis, enterprise architecture, product consulting, or solutions design
•Proven track record of working with technical teams to translate business problems into scalable, product workflows
•Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, B2B integrations, and process automation (BPM, RPA, or AI/ML systems)
•Excellent stakeholder communication, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills
•Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, clients) in fast-paced or startup environments
•Bonus: Prior experience with AI/LLM-based products, agentic architectures, or workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, LangChain)
•A structured yet creative thinker who balances detail with velocity and vision with feasibility

What You'll Do

•Client Needs Translation: Engage with internal teams and customers to identify business processes ripe for agentic implementation
•Workflow Architecture: Design modular, scalable workflows and product blueprints for AI agents across industries (e.g., finance, insurance, marketing)
•Requirement Engineering: Define functional requirements, edge cases, and data dependencies for agent deployment
•Solution Scoping: Work closely with sales, product, and engineering to scope pilot use cases and PoCs
•Documentation & Communication: Create user journeys, system flow diagrams, and spec documentation to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
•Product Feedback Loop: Feed learnings from field implementations back into product and platform roadmap
•Strategic Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to the CTO and product leads in shaping go-to-market and solution delivery strategies
