Why This Role

We’re building the next generation of agentic platforms and AI-powered enterprise solutions.

As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll architect and build both the brains and nervous system of our platform — from robust Java backend services to high-quality React.js user interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with AI engineers, designers, and founders to deliver scalable, production-ready systems.

Bonus: Using AI tools to boost productivity is expected.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and scale end-to-end full-stack systems

• Architect backend services in Java (APIs, async workflows, state management)

• Build modern front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript

• Integrate LLM-based agents, RAG pipelines, vector stores, and orchestration workflows

• Own API contracts for frontend, third-party, and enterprise integrations

• Ensure performance, reliability, observability, and security

• Champion clean code, testing, CI/CD, and documentation

• Influence platform-level architecture decisions

• Mentor engineers and raise the engineering bar

What You Bring

• 9+ years of full-stack engineering experience

• Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot / microservices) and React.js

• Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka (or similar)

• Solid frontend architecture and performance optimization skills

• Hands-on experience with GCP, Docker, CI/CD

• Comfort in 0-to-1 and fast-scaling startup environments

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
