🎯 Role Overview — Product Owner (Agentic AI, Supply Chain)

We are revolutionizing fragmented, human-dependent supply chain operations with next-generation agentic AI.

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise supply chains and AI, building a “co-pilot” SaaS platform that can forecast, recommend, negotiate, coordinate, and execute across areas like demand forecasting, procurement, and logistics.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing in partnership with the Technical Product Manager / Product Lead.

• Break epics into features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, edge cases, and dependencies.

• Produce high-quality PRDs, BRDs, and workflow documentation (flows, states, decision points).

• Support and help run Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews) and unblock teams day-to-day.

• Translate UX and business flows into implementation-ready specs, working closely with engineering and ML teams.

• Collaborate on agent behavior design, including fallbacks, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop decisions.

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, surfacing risks, trade-offs, and delivery status early and proactively.

🧠 Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a delivery-focused product role.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent written communication — PRDs, BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured workflows.

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with common product and project management tools (backlog management, documentation, sprint tracking).

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and deliver incrementally.
