Role Overview
We are looking for a senior, hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own and scale our recruiting function end to end. This role is ideal for a technically strong recruiter with deep experience hiring for startups, who is also highly outgoing, network-driven, and visible in the tech ecosystem.
You will lead hiring across engineering, AI/ML, and product roles, while driving GTM recruiting in Dubai and the US. Beyond execution, this role requires strong market presence - building relationships, representing the company at events, and proactively attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruiting Ownership
Own the full recruitment lifecycle across all roles
Partner closely with founders and hiring managers
Build and continuously improve recruiting processes and metrics
Tech, Product & GTM Hiring
Lead hiring for engineering, AI/ML, and product roles
Drive GTM hiring in Dubai and the US
Talent Branding & Networking
Actively build and leverage a strong personal talent network
Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence and follower base to attract candidates
Regularly attend and represent the company at:
Tech meetups
Startup events
Founder and operator communities
Proactively identify, approach, and attract top talent from the market
Stakeholder & Process Leadership
Run structured intake sessions and hiring plans
Advise leadership on talent market trends and trade-offs
Own hiring timelines and delivery with high accountability
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of recruiting experience, primarily in tech startups or scale-ups
Strong track record hiring engineers, AI/ML, and product talent
Experience with Dubai / Middle East hiring markets
Experience recruiting in the US is a plus
Strong personal brand and network in the tech ecosystem
