ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to be the hands-on engine of our hiring. You will own technical and commercial recruiting end to end from first conversation to signed offer and be the person hiring managers trust to bring them the right people. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who loves the craft of hiring, holds a high bar, and wants a clear path to grow into a Head of Talent seat.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run hiring end to end. Own sourcing, screening, and candidate management for engineering and commercial roles across Fullstack, AI, Security, DevOps, Operations, and our Sales and Delivery teams.

• Screen with rigor. Lead structured, evidence-based evaluations and give hiring managers a clear, defensible read on every candidate.

• Hold the bar. Keep a consistent, high standard across roles and resist the pressure to lower it when a search gets hard.

• Partner with hiring managers. Align on what "great" looks like for each role, calibrate interview panels, and drive to timely, well-reasoned decisions.

• Own candidate experience. Give every candidate a sharp, well-communicated process that reflects the best of OrbitronAI, whatever the outcome.

• Improve how we hire. Spot gaps in the process, sharpen our screening tools and interview guides, and help us learn from every hire.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 6 to 10 years of hands-on technical and/or commercial recruiting, ideally in a high-growth technology, AI, or enterprise-software environment.

• Enough technical fluency to screen engineering and commercial candidates credibly and design sensible, role-specific evaluations.

• A structured, evidence-based approach to evaluation

• Sharp judgment on culture and adaptability fit, and the resolve to protect the bar.

• Excellent written communication and a genuinely high standard for your own work.

• An ownership mindset — you treat every open role as yours to close well.

YOUR GROWTH PATH

• Start by mastering execution, consistently delivering great hires across functions, owning full funnels, and becoming the recruiter hiring managers rely on.

• Grow into shaping the process, designing better evaluation tools, owning hiring quality past the offer, and closing calibration gaps across panels.

• Progress toward leadership, organizational and workforce design, forward-looking hiring plans, partnering with executives on talent strategy, and setting the standards others hire against.
